Satsumas!

I don't know if it was on this topic, but recently someone posted about satsumas and how you couldn't find them amongst all the easy peelers now in the supermarket. I remembered it when I was in M&S food and, as someone suggested, they do have them in stock. They are fabulous, a true taste of my childhood!
So thank you, whoever you were, I wouldn't have looked otherwise

They always seem to have them in sainsburys. Same here, my preferred little orange! X

Has anyone noticed that some easy peel has a really strong, orangey chemical smell?

They had proper satsumas in lidl today too.

Maybe they're 'back' ?

The easy peeler seems to have become a generic term doesn't it. It used to be satsumas, tangerines or clementines

It was me that started the other thread; it's been resurrected from last year!

I like to think my thread has made the supermarkets up their game this year!

They sometimes have proper satsumas in Asda.
Winds me up because ‘easy peelers’ are not easy to peel! You know what is easy to peel? Satsumas!
