Soft bread rolls

I just wondered if anyone could let me have a recipe for bread rolls?

I tried to make some a while ago, they were hard on the outside and very doughy and heavy in the middle!

These are so easy and always soft, not great the next day, but fine warmed through in the oven for a short while.

Bread recipe( delia white loaf) and decide into rolls. Straight into plastic bag, keeps it soft. I keep a bread bag for that.
