Has Anyone Made Mary Berry's Tartiflette with Chicken?

I'm thinking of doing it for a dinner party. It's quite expensive to have a practice beforehand! It looks delicious!

I made it last night.

Sorry Mary but it wasn't very nice. Way too acidic. If I made it again I'd double the cheese, reduce the mustard and leave out the lemon juice.
