So looking to bite the bullet and get a Ninja but I'm confused! The Speedi is currently on sale but doesn't have a pressure cooker function. I've never had a pressure cooker - do I need one? Can I do pretty much the same things in the Speedi? I do like the idea, for eg, of doing risottos quickly which sounds like something a pressure cooker would do. But I was also thinking of getting a rice cooker and it sounds like a Speedi would eliminate the need for one. Any help much appreciated!
