DS8 is tall, slim and active. He can be picky. I just want to get a sense of what’s normal. Here are the types of meals he likes...

Breakfast - Pancakes or beans on toast or cereal or toast and peanut butter. Glass of juice.

Snack - Toast at school tuck shop

Lunch - Hot school dinner

After school snack - cubed cheese with crackers and mini sausages. Sometimes a smoothie (doesn't like solid fruit). Cereal bar.

Dinner - Only likes chicken in gravy. Loves mince so spag bol/lasagne. Also curry. Only veg is broccoli, cauliflower, baby sweetcorn and carrots. No veg with skin on. LOVES pasta over everything else so I can whizz veg into that. Will have two bowls of pasta.

Supper - peeled and cut apple with Weetabix/more toast and hot choc.

He doesn't like fish/tuna and has now gone off sausages but he does like cheese, eggs, bacon and baked beans.

Cereal/porridge or bagel/muffin and fruit juice, occasionally eggy bread or pancakes or something at the weekend
Oatcakes and fruit yo-yo at break
School dinner
After school snack eg popcorn, fruit, sometimes a pack of sweets if grandparents collect him
Tea stuff like chicken salad wrap, noodles/chicken/sugar snaps, pasta, quiche, veg soup. We don't have pudding routinely, but he does eat sweets at other times.
No supper, drink of water before bed if he's thirsty
Doesn't like tomato stuff or curry and is allergic to dairy, but other than that fairly good eater

Toast and marmite/peanut butter/honey for breakfast; chopped up veg for snack; school lunch; mini choc ricecakes or oatcakes for after school snack; dinner would be ‘make your own’ chicken wrap/chicken and veg ramen/spag bol/quesadilla/fajitas/curry. Fruit or ice lolly after.
