Could you recommend saucepans and frying pans please? We are sick of the poor quality teflon ones we have, both for health reasons and the fact that nonstick is a bit rubbish.

Looking for stainless steel or poss ceramic coating. Don't have a huge budget, but might splash out and make them the a Christmas present!

We need small saucepan, medium saucepan and a large frying pan, plus large pan with handle and lid.

What i would really love is a pan that can go hob to oven but not sure what materials work for that?

I also have Stellar which are 27 years old - all still going strong and stain free. I got them as a wedding gift but have since added to my collection. They are more expensive but you would never have to replace them.

You might find these old saucepans on eBay -I got a secondhand prestige one which had been a wedding present 40 years ago!

I have changed all my non-stick pans for cast iron ones. I buy them in camping shops, so much cheaper than kitchen shops. I am now obsessed by them, and keep getting more. Latest acquisition was a Dutch Oven one I use to bake my bread.
I will be honest, they are heavy and take more space, but so easy to cook with, I love how easy it is to go from stove to oven.
