Is there anything worth doing with a few unripe tomatoes?

Having sadly admitted summer is out of reach, and disposed of my straggly tomato plants ... is there anything at all worth doing with the handful (~150g) of underripe tomatoes? I'm pretty sure there's no real hope of them ripening indoors but it seems a shame to throw them out.

I've had a plate of them on the window sill for the last couple of weeks and they are slowly ripening. Id give it a go first. I made green tomato chutney one year when blight struck and it was horrible!!

Just chop them up small and chuck them in when doing another veg dish, eg curry. Possibly split into two portions so you don’t overwhelm the flavour.
