I really fancy making it today and wondered if anyone had the recipe they wouldn't mind sharing.

But without these, the basic recipe (curry beef & unspoild mash) looks lovely.

This sounds really yummy, just thinking if I could slow cook the beef during the day and then top before dinner later.

Don't mind the mayo, might give it a try.

I made it but left out the mayo in the mash. The eggs were a good addition even though the family pulled a face when they saw it they gobbled it all up! It was delish and even better the next day at work.

Just following up to say that I made it last night but with the addition of the mayonnaise. Can’t say it was a success: too gloopy and a lot of work for not brilliant results. Love Nadiya and the TV shows but I shan’t be making this one again.
