Urgent! Family coming for homemade pizza later and my dough is too spring!

The whole clan are comign later for tea. I thought, I'll do homemade pizzas, that will be easy but I think I left the dough too long and it keeps springy back from the edges of the pizza tray - any tips?

Also, can I just put the dough on those pizza trays with holes in without any oil?

Springy is good, it will be tasty! I roll it out then pick it up and stretch it gently by hand, then put on tray. Fancy pizzaiolos toss it in the air but that's a bit ambitious ime.

Dough should be fine with no oil, but oil will make base crispier. Good luck!

Thank you - I have stretched it and it seems OK now. Just having a panic - couldn't face 9 poeple for dinner and no pizza!
