I have so many potatoes what can i do???

I went shopping last week and got lots of fancy potatoes which are better steamed than boiled but who cares.

Then i went out yesterday and got some more as i forgot.

What can i do with them?

Its only evening meals for me that need to be done, will eat most things and love spicy stuff, have got other veg too.

i got some are they mayan gold ones?

they are lush ....we had ours with gammon,with tuna,cold with a salad,son had some with cheese they are lovely these were £1.99 reducd to 99p only a smallish bag but worth it.

your spicey stuff you could bombay potatoes or chilli with these steamd then oven baked?

A chef once told me there are 365 different ways to cook potat - shame its leap year.

Slice them and put into greased oval dish pour over milk and dob and dib butter on top - cook on gas2-3 for 2 hours.

Cut into cubes and make ombay potat, or saute in garlic.

Mash with cabbage, or carrots for orange potato. Mash keeps well and you can freeze it and then reheat in microwave.

Greek lemon potat - google and you will find recipe.

i think they were mayan not had then yet but i know i dont need to buy potatoes for a while, have loads of carrots too and white cabbage.
