I have spinach, various veg, chicken, mince etc...what can I make with it?

Im useless at this, have a fridge bulging with stuff and dont know what to make.

what kind of food do you like?

I spinach and feta parcels or spinach and ricotta lasagne

with mince I'd make chilli con carne, burgers or similar

chicken .. depends on what cut ...

I want something with spinach in tonight I think, so whatever will go with it I probably have!

I would saute the spinach in olive oil and garlic and make that the 'bed' on which to carefully place a piece of delicious grilled chicken.

Served with sauteed potatoes and vegetables.
