Can you give me your recommendations, I'm looking for a recipe book which will give me easy and preferably quick recipes.

I'm not interested in the 'how to cheat' style recipes but any book that contains healthy easy to prepare meals.

Anything by Nigel Slater.

I really like Marcella Hazan's basic Italian cookery book. It's not new and she's not on TV but the recipes contain about five ingredients (including the olive oil and seasoning) and it all tastes marvellous.

wagamama ways with noodles book. once you've got the basic ingredients in eg soy sauce, fish sauce etc it takes minutes to make each meal and the kids love them as much as us.
