Can anyone recommend some extra tasty meals which are from the pinch of nom books please? I don't like fish though! There are SO many recipes, and some look so unappealing but we have been really surprised by how tasty they are when cooked. I need some inspiration to go for something new, any recommendations? 😁 we have quick and easy, comfort and the original book.

We like the cajun dirty rice and the mediterannean chicken orzo here!

The coq au vin is really tasty and very easy. It's one of my go-to meals all through winter. You can batch cook and it freezes well too Smile

@fassnk Ooooo I've always been tempted by the orzo one but can never find orzo in the supermarket! Where do you manage to buy it to please?

Would quite like the recipe for the cajun dirty rice too fassnk!

If you Google the coq au vin recipe someone has posted it on Facebook although it's not available on the pinch of nom website. It looks really good although I tend to avoid stockpot as they have a lot of additives in them. May make an exception though as it really does look lush.

I make the chicken curry and that always goes down well. Also homemade chicken dippers! They also like the goulash.

I really like and so do my family - the hibachi chicken and bang bang sauce - its a firm favourite but haven't made for a long time

the other recipe that Ive made for girlfriends on a Friday "night in" Is the Pad Thai. I firstly thought the egg part of the recipe was odd - but it really does work.

Cajun dirty macaroni is also amazing

Tartiflette

Pastitsio.. also good. The fakeaway egg McMuffins are delicious too

Gah sorry for late reply. I get orzo in morrisons or asda, its usually next to the macaroni. "Cajun dirty rice pinch of nom" into google brings up the recipe :)

My kids love the Cornish Style Pie. Takes a bit of time to do the chopping but it's so nice.

All major supermarkets stock orzo. I got some in my local tesco express.

I love the Chinese style chicken and broccoli and the Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef Stew.
