No problems for the adults, I have a.bareity of vegetables and could do a paneer curry, tofu noodles, risotto, various other things based on tinned pulses and veg. DC would be more of an issue - they'd probably end up having tortellini.

I did the weekly shop this afternoon so have multiple options!

Xmasfairy86 · 07/10/2023 23:57

Some questionable chicken 😆 and sweet potato fries

ToddlerMumma · 08/10/2023 00:03

Tortellini with tomato & marscapone sauce or cheese & ham omelette

Quiche, salad, egg and chips, stir fry, curry, freezer stuff with chips, baked potatoes, ratatouille, butternut squash risotto. Some of the stuff is from the garden and won't be picked until we want it, so it doesn't have to be eaten in any particular order.

My shopping is being delivered tomorrow but if needed to eat right now, I'd only have the things in to make a chicken Caesar salad or a pack of pom bear crisps

VeridicalVagabond · 08/10/2023 00:25

We're going away tomorrow so there is next to nothing in. I have some lamb mince in the freezer, I could throw together a passable keema matar and I've got just enough greek yoghurt left to make flatbreads. That'd about do it.

Loads, so much so that my shopping list for tomorrow only has some toiletries, cat food and lettuce on it and wine.
Things I could have include:
Macaroni cheese
Stuffed peppers
Pasta with various sauces
Salmon with veg/noodles
Risotto
Beige shit with potato products
Dahl and rice
