Was subbed this in a grocery delivery, was supposed to be puff pastry for steak pie but I know I'm not a fan of shortcrust pies. Any ideas how I can use it up as I hate waste?

You could have sent it back with the driver for a refund.

Jam tarts
quiche

Quiche, Cornish pasties or empanadas
or you could freeze it and use it at Halloween in this recipe https://realfood.tesco.com/recipes/fiendish-sausage-fingers.html

Bakewell tart
Lemon meringue pie
Mince pies, freeze them and get ahead for Christmas
Cheese or anchovy twists
Goat cheese & onion flan
Cheese and leek flan
Mediterranean vegetable open tart

I’d do quiche but I’m overrun with eggs atm

Cheese straws or jam/curd tarts are the easiest.

Baked egg custard tart is quick & easy, and you might already have the ingredients.

Thanks everyone loads of ideas I hadn't even thought of! I ended up looking up recipes for empanadas and came across a recipe for Jamaican beef patties so I went with that as I had all the ingredients to hand. Went down really well! Have another one that I'm going to make jam tarts with over the weekend if anyone has a good recipe ☺️.
