It is that time of year, mincemeat to make for Christmas
My recipe is:
One part sugar
One part suet
One part fresh fruit
Two parts dried fruit (especially the tatty bits from the back of the cupboard)
juice and zest of a citrus fruit
Alcohol and spices to taste
What is your recipe, is it a little more refined?
