As the title says really.

I'm in a rut (basically tired, pregnant and usually work from home)

I have DP and 14 year old DS to feed in the evening, but both are very able and willing to cook.

I just need ideas for meals, I've pages of Pinterest saves but really can't be bothered with endless scrolling and ingredients.

We eat anything (apart from DP and fish, but I can have that at lunch 😉)

Thanks all 🍓🍜🍝🥑

Egg fried rice - can add any veg you have, either cook your own rice or buy the pouches
baked salmon with pesto and vegetables or salad
have you got a slow cooker? You could make a big batch of curry/chilli/ragu and freeze in portions. Or just on the stove
Risotto with whatever you have in - mushrooms, butternut squash, green veg, and I usually add chorizo (fine in pregnancy when cooked)
Fajitas or tacos with chicken or halloumi

Breakfast: Porridge, if 1 portion make in microwave, if more it's worth doing on hob.

Put chopped banana and cinnamon in at the beginning, it will be lovely and gooey. You can add nut butter or chopped nuts, and seeds.

Olio fish at lunch (baked salmon fillet or hot smoked mackerel with salad)
