Who's making a roast today and what are you serving?

The weather has turned a bit chilly so I thought I would do a Sunday roast.

I'm making chicken, roast potatoes and parsnips, hasselback carrots, various green veg and a mushroom Wellington 🌱.

Just annoyed that I don't have a cauliflower to make cauli cheese.

I had beef, yorkie puds, roast potatoes, cavolo Nero, beans then went for a walk, now drinking wine. I’m having a nice day.
I have half a cauliflower you can have 😊
