I've seen a recipe on FB for a side dish of maple roast Brussels sprout and butternut squash with toasted pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries.
We eat mostly plant based, though do sometimes use eggs or real cheese if a vegan version of the recipe would be meh.
I feel like it needs something maybe a bit creamy and savoury? But cauli cheese doesn't feel quite right and my mind has gone blank for other ideas!
