Toddler batch cook

I'm in theory all for the feed your toddler what you're eating but we like to eat lots of fresh food stuffed with chillis, salt etc. that isn't toddler friendly. Some things I've adapted/add ingredients later on but other recipes don't work so well doing this. I'm feeling guilty as resorting to pouch things/baked beans etc. too often.

Has anyone got any nutritious freezer friendly recipes for food that their toddler loves?

It would make life a lot easier to have a freezer full of toddler sized portions of food ready to go.

Also if anyone could link to good Tupperware of a suitable size for individual toddler portions..?

Amazon do a wide range of Sistema containers; they go from freezer>microwave>highchair>floor ! >dishwasher.
They are not the cheapest, but they are very good quality & long-lasting.

These are things I have in the freezer regularly for fussy DD, who is basically a toddler in her eating preferences:

Bolognaise sauce
Meatballs in sauce
Tomato pasta sauce with hidden vegetables
Red "pesto" - roasted vegetables, including tomatoes, that are blended with some cream cheese.
Crumbed chicken fillets - aka around here as "posh nuggets"

Before she got super fussy, I also used to freeze portions of chicken, beef or lamb stew or casseroles.

I have also been known to freeze a chunk of a leftover roast (beef or lamb) as she likes that and I can easily do some potatoes in the air fryer with some veg. And because she does like plain red meat, I freeze small portions of steak or lamb chops that can be quickly defrosted and cooked for her when needed.

I have a freezer full of little portions of lasagne, spag Bol, chicken korma, pasta bake, meatballs. I got some little pots from b&m that worked well too
