Batch cooking ideas for work lunches

I'm looking for inspiration for lunches I can make, portion and freeze this weekend for work lunches this week, any nice recipes, mumsnetters?

This week I had this lovely pulled chicken dish, and the week before lasagne. I'd reccoemmend the chicken one, was tasty. I'm new to batch cooking and it's much nicer to have a little warm meal than sandwiches

Thank you!

Great idea for a thread!
I make a big slow cooker dal every few weeks and bring some along for lunch. Freezes well and is tasty! I double the recipe to make lots!

Taking Twins has a really beautiful and easy recipe:

I literally came on to recommend Taming Twins.
I make the slow cooker lamb curry which is delicious and always save some to take to work.
I usually save extra curry, bolognese, chilli etc and take it to work.

I take my own meals to work. I tend to cook slightly bigger portions of our main meals then freeze a few portions.

I particularly enjoy;

Lentils and chorizo
Meat Lasagna
Spinach and ricotta lasagna/ cannelloni
Chilli con carne

Paella is one of my favourite lunches. This recipe has the freezing and reheating instructions https://www.deliciousmagazine.co.uk/recipes/chicken-and-chorizo-paella/#:~:text=To%20freeze%20and%20reheat%3A%20Freeze,4%20minutes%2C%20until%20piping%20hot.

I did a deep dish frittata last week that was amazing. I used to buy something similar from a cafe I recently moved away from. I roasted small cubes of potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes and peppers in olive oil and herbs de province with lots of salt and pepper in a deep baking dish. Then I added garlic in the final 5 minutes of roasting. When that was done I added chunks of feta and poured over 6 eggs whisked with sour cream. It took about 25 minutes to cook in the oven.
