So yesterday my box couldn't be tracked and tracking looked "strange". I contacted HF by chat to be told it had been misrouted and raised an internal issue with logistics who would be in touch.
Despite then being sent a 2 hour delivery window, nothing arrived, tracking remains strange, and my account still shows the box awaiting shipment.
But radio silence from HF and the courier. Despite being told they'd be in touch, nada. No email, no contact, no refund. And when I ask there is no way of speaking directly to anyone just chat function which is a human but doesn't appear to have any power but to escalate my concern.
I've given up on it arriving in any fit state to use, so will have to go shopping tonight after work.
Anyone got any advice or experience with this happening?
