Best recipe book

What's the one book you cook loads from & enjoy the food? I need some inspiration

at the moment Mezcla by Ixta Belfrage

The Green Roasting Tin by Rukmini Iyer - I'm a total cookbook refusenik & mostly make things up as I go along, but it really works & has given me loads of new inspiration for ways to use ingredients as well. (I'm not veggie, but I don't think her meat recipes are any where near as interesting)

I love Dishoom (from the restaurants) and the one I go back to all the time is Mastering the Art of French Cooking

It tends to be the last one I bought, so frequently changes !

However, I use the Hairy Bikers "Meat Feasts" quite a lot, & "Dominique's Kitchen" when I want Asian flavours quickly.

I love Meera Sodha's Made In India. Still cook from it most weeks.

Also bought recently bored of lunch air fryer and slow cooker book. Had some decent results from there (for quick throw together meals)

Think I'm going to buy the green roasting one as it is always mentioned.
