Sticky Toffee Pudding Mug Cake Recipe

I needed something sweet and there was no chocolate in the house, DH also needs feeding up after an illness so I thought I would give this a go.
Really quick and easy. It’s supposed to be a cake for one but we split it and it was still 539 calories per portion! Delicious and something I will definitely be making again.
