Apetina garlic

Does anyone know how I can make the garlic that's in the Apetina olives and garlic packs?? Is it pickled garlic?? You only get about 2 pieces of garlic in it and it's not enough.

Lidl do jars of garlic cloves in oil with herbs, it's usually in their Spanish week or Greek I think. The herby oil is great for cooking with afterwards as well.

You can of course marinade garlic in oil yourself, but you need to keep it in the fridge as there is a small risk of developing botulism at room temperature.

Just raw garlic into a sealed pot of garlic??
