Which of the chain restaurants (Wahaca, Cote, Nando's et al) have the best offering for vegetarians?

Cote is French and very little French food is veggie so you’re never going to get the best options there. Ditto Nandos where the specialty is chicken. Yes there will be something you can eat but it rather defies the point. Italian food is more veggie friendly so there will be lots of choice at say pizza express. Wahacca haven’t been to one in years but I remember there being a fairly big veggie menu. Mexican style food also lends itself well to vegetarian options so doesn’t seem like so much of an afterthought. But all these places have menus online. You can look them up to see if they would be to the liking of the vegetarian(s) in your group.

Indian food

Wagamamas seem to have swapped out several meat dishes for vegan so maybe them? Tend not to eat at many chain restaurants so don't know about the others.

Pizza Express and Turtle Bay

Nandos have good veggie options although chicken was their main deal for ages. Wagamamas have alot of vegan things

Las iguanas has lots of good options

Wahaca has loads of veggie options, or what about Dishoom?

If you want an Italian chain then we find L'Osteria good. I know pp said not Nando's because veggie is an afterthought, but they do have a pretty good veggie selection.

This is great, we haven't tried Turtle Bay, Los Iguanas or L'Osteria yet. Love love love Dishoom so much we have the cookbook!

Las iguanas and turtle Bay have fab veggie choices.

I love Pho. It’s great for gluten free too.
