21st Birthday Buffet

I am doing a buffet for my sons 21st on Saturday for about 40 guests. Just wanted some fresh ideas. Planning Ham, fish platter, cheese, salad, pasta salad, nice bread, Bday cake, trifle, quiche , sausage rolls. Has anyone got any recipies to wow the guests?

That all sounds fine. I would do some big piles of chicken wings or something similar and make sure there is lots of bread. They will be drinking I assume and will be hungry.

If there’s ham and cheese, there should always be coleslaw and potato salad.
