Restarting Gousto next week - can anyone please remind me what staples I need to have in?

If it’s anything like our last box a load of veg to supplement what they send to avoid scurvy.

You can check the recipe Instructions when you order online. I also sometimes add more veg to their recipes but other than oil, salt & pepper (I don’t tend to add the salt, particularly if there’s stock in a recipe),
pepper and sugar, I don’t think there’s much
you need in store.

Sometimes flour also.

We used to Chuck in extra veg to pad the dishes out a bit! Brocoli was our go to. Some meals were more filling
Than others.

You need olive oil, vegetable oil, salt and pepper, foil, flour mostly.
