My mouth is watering!
They would be instead of the meat though (although the cheese in 2 of them makes them over 1,000 calories once you add in the breadcrumbs!) so serve whatever you would usually serve with sausages on the side if having as a meal.
I did once have Glamorgan sausage for lunch at a lovely veggie cafe in Guernsey many years ago. I think it was bigger than one of those pictured though and came with salad. It was delicious. I am going to be making those, thanks for the recipe.

Not made Glamorgan sausage, but Felicity Cloake is one of my favourite food writers, I have made many of her recipes and they have always turned out well.

I make them quite regularly but not too regularly as it’s one of those meals that divides our household. DS1 hates them (but he’s not fond of cheese) but DS2 loves them.

I have made them several times and they go down well with everyone including my fussy 7yo.

Yes, another Felicity Cloake fan here, and I've tried making these. They're fab - really nice and my kids also loved them!

I’ve made that recipe before and loved them. I found them a very substantial meal, with all the cheese and breadcrumbs. Highly recommend them.

I've made them before, although not this recipe, they're really good! Would consider them substantial too.
