If you don't mind giant ones 😁 then the Levain Bakery copycat recipe on the modern honey website are amazing! They are massive though so I tend to freeze half the mix in balls ready to bake.

Make them smaller than the recipie says tho!

I've made lots and these are the best I've ever tasted, I've had so many compliments on them! A great tip is to warm them in the microwave for 10 seconds before eating them!

Also here to recommend Janes. I also make mine smaller, around 70g. I always have the dough in the freezer - cookies on demand.

If you want a thinner cookie I’d recommend these by Edd Kimber - perfect sweet salt combo.
