What are you cooking for dinner?

Roast chicken with thyme, garlic, and lemon, roast potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire pud (DH insisted!), carrots, broccoli, and gravy. Nothing particularly original there - nice and easy!

Roast lamb with garlic and rosemary, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli spears, parsnips and peas. DD has a hangover and I know she will be eating it with a pained expression on her face. 😬

Might have a salad. Rught porker here. Need to.lose a serious amount of weight😫would prefer a roast but can't be bothered.

Sausage cassoulet (the cheat’s recipe on the Sainsburys website)

Went out for a Sunday roast at lunchtime so tonight I'm doing a baked camembert with garlic and rosemary, and a baguette to dip.

We didn't fancy a roast this week. We've had jacket potatoes with chilli con carne, salad and some nachos with homemade gauc.
