Giant Yorkshire pudding tins

I hope some other Yorkshire pudding fan might be able to help!

My family love a Yorkie, and I think meals served in a giant one - stew, sausages, roast dinner etc - would be v popular.

I know you can buy giant ones but I'd rather make my own.

Does anyone have a tin recommendation for giant Yorkies? Or could tell me what size is ideal?

I bought some online, meant for the purpose, 4 holes in a tray. But they are not nearly big enough now it's arrived, just normal Yorkshire size. Disappointed!

Thank you for your help, I realise it's not really a life-changing problem!

I used cake tins...the kind for Victoria sponges, perfect for giant Yorkshire Puddings x

Yes, I would use shallow cake tins.

I use trays from ready meals for big Yorkshire puddings. Something like this from Tesco, we keep all foil trays to reuse.

Seconding the Fray Bentos tins. It takes a very short while to get them seasoned so they don't stick then away you go.

You don't actually have to eat the FB pies.
