Inspired by foodie influencers on social media, I've started fancying up my fried eggs and I love it.
Simple: crack into the pan and add dried chili flakes and sesame seeds.
Feta: melty feta in a circle with blobs of pesto then crack the egg into the middle.
Korean (kinda): dried shallots, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and then sprinkle of soy, seaweed and gochujang (sriracha would do).
