Good morning!
On Thursday morning, I put two duck breasts into a white wine marinade ready for tea that night.
It’s now two days later and I haven’t been able to cook them yet.
In the marinade is:
shallots
garlic
thyme
juniper berries
pepper corns
bay leaves
Will it still be safe to cook this afternoon or should I sling it?
