Light vegan dessert

Any ideas for an easy vegan dessert please?
Going to a family gathering next week and I’m taking the pud. We have a few vegetarians and a vegan so I would like to make a vegan dessert that everyone can eat.

I’d do berries or other fruit with vegan icecream
I’d make dark chocolate vegan brownies to go with it.
(find an egg free recipe and sub the butter with vitalite or similar)
or berry crumble but that might be too heavy - you’d just need to sub the butter in that recipe.

Could you make vegan meringue? I believe chickpea water (aquafaba?) can be used instead of egg. Vegan coconut whipped cream and fresh fruit for a light summery pudding.

Pears poached in (vegan) red wine and spices (allspice, nutmeg, star anise, Cinnamon).

I’d make a regular dessert and then take a big colourful fruit salad personally. You could buy some vegan brownies to go along with it if you want.

Vegan chocolate and avocado mousse, served with strawberries (perhaps dip some of them in plain chocolate) or raspberries and some home made almond biscuits.
