I had a recipe for this from a Good Food mag from a few years ago, I think it was a Nigella recipe but cannot find it or anything like it now.

It was really simple, just cocoa, milk sugar, rice from what i remember and cooked in the oven but have no idea of quantities.

TIA

It should be written on the bag how much rice and milk etc you need, as for the chocolate, I'd put in the same amount as the sugar. I do know though, that its a ^tiny bit of rice to milk, which looks totally wrong, but it does work! HTH!

Just in case its not written on your bag, its 50g of rice, 25g caster sugar (so 25g of cocoa) and 1 pint of milk. 2 hours in oven at 160.

Thanks Maureen, will give it a whirl. So it is sugar as well as cocoa? And how many (greedy) people would that feed??

Yes both sugar and cocoa. you need the sugar to make it chocolatey, otherwise it'll be bitter. I would imagine about 4 to 5 people.
