Easy peasy 3 course meal (en francais!)

In france, wanting to make a special 3 course meal for our final night. Needs to be pretty easy as want to enjoy last day and in holiday kitchen (so cant rely on any fancy/unusual equipment). Recommend me your go to 3 courses! Mix of veggies and meat eaters (but i can just sub things for veggies)

Starter - perfectly ripe charentais melons with/without jambon de Bayonne, followed by steak, frites -BBQ steak (côtes de bœuf) and tarragon chips, green salad and good Brie, local strawberries, crème fraîche and/or something fancy from local patisserie. Easy
