Please could someone tell me how to make very yummy, creamy coleslaw..

Not the like the shop bought stuff.....thats horrible and artificial.

Please could you help me make lovely creamy stuff....the kind you get from deli's....

Carrots, white cabbage and red onion shredded with full fat mayo, creme fraiche and some chopped chives!

me, me! I know....

I'm never buying shop bought again - this is so easy and quick and scrummy. I put grated cheese in sometimes as well

That sounds nice! I sometimes add a couple of drops of tabasco - gives it a lovely bite, not too much though!

Surely you are forgetting the apple? I always have apple in it, and use soy yoghurt and veganaisse. (Vegan)
You could also try adding a few tbs of sesame seeds for added texture.

I like to use mayo, creme fraiche and creamed horseradish in the dressing. MIL adds nuts to hers, which is one of the best I've ever tasted.
