When I lived in France, as I was in Brittany, I used to eat the traditional savoury buckwheat crepes with an egg and cheese on very often. Very easy to make and clean up and really filling. I really want them again but I can't find any supermarket in the UK that sells buckwheat crepes!!! This is what I had in France: https://www.monoprix.fr/courses/galettes-de-ble-noir-certifie-ab-monoprix-bio-1921543-p
Does anybody know of any supermarket or independent shop in this country that does those sorts of crepes??? I can make my own from scratch but part of the appeal was how quick and easy they were to do with the premade crepe 😛
