Unless you have tiny hands, that is indeed a whopper! Wow. Never seen such a big lemon.

They will likely be very pithy and not very juicy unfortunately. They look like a variety my mum grows abroad- not the thin skinned ones we often get in a UK supermarket.

You can slice and freeze the slices you don't immediately need....

Cook with them, like a chicken tray bake where you can eat the lemon pith because they've cooked down into a lovely citrusy juicy bite.... mmmmm.

Pffff that's a tiddler 😉 I was on the front cover of the Guinness book of Records in 1979 with a giant lemon.

My parents had a party with home made lemon ice cream, took 22 eggs I recall.
You just need an extra large gin to match your slices!
