Aifryer for family of 4 - Costori 5.5L or Ninja 9.5L?

I have just ordered the Cosori airfryer but am having second thoughts - would it be worth trying to cancel and investing in the 9.5L Ninja one instead? We are a family of 3-4 (when DS is home from Uni).

The Cosori was £79.99 whereas the Ninja is approx £250 so a MASSIVE price difference!

We do have limited kitchen counter space but I'm pretty sure I can squeeze the Ninja in. Dimensions for the Ninja are H32.5cm x W41.5cm x D27cm and Cosori is 32 x 30 x 30cm so hot a huge difference.

I prefer how the Cosori looks, I went for White but on second thoughts it may discolour and be difficult to keep clean. It also looks like the Cosori may be worse quality all round, going by the reviews the non-stick can wear off and it's easier to damage.

Has anyone tried both?

The ninja has been on offer for 169 on Amazon fwiw. I'd definitely go with that.

We have an 8L dual drawer (it's a Daewoo I think, so can't speak to either of your brands) which feels like a good size for four people. I don't think I'd want to go smaller, personally. With ours we can fit enough meat for us in one drawer and enough veg/sides in the second drawer.

liveforsummer Is that the 9.5L or the 7.6?

We have 5 at home and the 9.5L ninja dual drawer has pretty much replaced our oven. They sent me an email last week showing one which could be divided into 2 drawers or one big compartment, I think I’d I were buying now that’s the one I’d go for as the only things we now cook in the oven are simply too big for either drawer. I was sceptical but I’m a massive convert now, it’s saved us so much time and money

I think the 9.5 - was for prime day I saw a post on here with lots of people getting it. Not sure when it ends though

Just to update, I've cancelled the Cosari one and have ordered the Ninja, it was £220 on the Ninja website (plus I should get £17 cashback through quidco). The one I got was this year's model, Liveforsummer you're right the Prime day one was 9.5L but I think that was the older model.

I'm showing my age now and am far too excited....can't wait to start using it!

I'd cancel the air fryer and get a halogen oven (approx £50).

Ah I see you got sorted! I ordered the prime day Ninja, I know it's the older model but as far as I can see the only difference is a temperature probe and so far I've managed fine without that so I didn't think I'd miss it! I got the copper one for 169.

I highly doubt I’d use the temperature probe either and would have definitely got the older model yesterday had I remembered about prime day sooner 🤦🏻‍♀️
