My Panasonic breadmaker only has a setting for brioche loaf. I want to make rolls but can't figure out if it's possible because you have to add butter after 55mins when it beeps then it continues mixing and bakes for another few hours. I can't just use a dough setting as I need to add the butter after a time? Any ideas?
