Dessert ideas?

We are having a family gathering in a couple of weeks, there will be 20 of us. I've offered to make the pudding.

I'm eyeing up a gin and tonic cheesecake recipe but I'm not sold on it. Might have to make 2 different desserts I think.

Can anyone recommend anything relatively easy but delicious and a bit impressive?!

Last year I made Eaton mess but it was so hot that day it all went soft and gooey like a smoothie by the time we got to eating it.

Tirimisu in a Pyrex/long/deep-ish tray. Quite simple to make, easy to spoon and dish out and liked by many.

The top doesn't have to be as fancy. And can prepare from the night before and fridge so less to do on the day.

A few trays of Brownies, whipped cream, berries?

If it’s not forecast to be a scorching hot day, I’d take lemon meringue roulade. I use a Sainsbury’s magazine recipe which is on their website and it’s always a winner.
Bakewell tart travels well and survives the heat as it doesn’t have any cream or chocolate realfood.tesco.com/recipes/bakewell-tart.html

This white chocolate cheesecake? No-bake and very easy to put together the day before. Leave the blueberry sauce and pour over the top just before serving.

Donna Hay's one bowl chocolate cake is almost like a chocolate tart/fudge cake and is very delicious and very popular and surprisingly easy to make!

I usually serve it with double thick cream and some raspberries. One cake wouldn't quite do 20 people though so you'd either need two, or something alongside.

i would make a tray of brownies, a tray of blondies, big bowl of mixed soft fruit and ice cream if there is freezer room, chantilly cream if not.

Alternatively, sticky toffee pudding always goes down well

Thanks all, some great ideas for me to ponder. I'm thinking the tiramisu and a tray of brownies and berries could work well. They sound more crowd pleasing than a gin and tonic cheesecake!
