What is always in your fridge?

Back from holiday to an empty fridge, me and DH got talking about what our essentials are that must always be in the fridge (as opposed to in the cupboards).

Interested in what’s there for others in a similar position (2 adults, toddler and weaning baby). I’ll go first:

Lurpack, natural yoghurt, blue and green milk, cheddar, Parmesan, feta, pack of pancetta, pack of berries or grapes, carrots, celery, condiments.

Obviously then we typically have additional veg, meat, fish, drinks but this varies week to week.

Are there any other essentials that would make our lives easier?

Bottom drawers always veggies like potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic and salad things.
The bottom shelf has cartons of juice, whatever meats we are eating that week etc - anything perishable really. Door houses a jug of water, bottle of wine and milk.
Middle shelf has two pull out plastic clear boxes. The one on left always has hotdogs/cold meats/ring of chorizo etc and the other is for the butter and cheese as I usually have about 6 types at any one time.
Top shelf has three pull out boxes. One has jars of beets/pickled onions/garlic paste/ginger paste/mustard. Middle has yoghurts and fruit pots, the other has olives/sundried tomatoes/roasted peppers and things like that in there.

We also have a smaller fridge but thats for water and beers and things.

I have a grocery shopping addiction though and at any given time there is AT LEAST a full months groceries in the house yet I shop most days.

Same as you OP, 2 adults, weaning baby and toddler.

Eggs (although we don't keep them in the fridge)
Pesto (green)
Cheddar.
Ham
Frubes
Proper butter
Cucumber
Peppers
Bottle of Sauvignon blanc. Yes it's essential. You never know when the need for a cold one will strike.
Blue and green milk.
Blueberries / berries
Potatoes
Onions
Garlic paste

Milk, butter, cheddar, greek yoghurt or skyr
onions, carrots, salad stuff
apples, lemons
fresh juice

We also have all preserves in the fridge as DH insists they live there, so tw entire shelves are taken up with his vast collection of pickles, chutneys, olives, sun dried tomatoes in oil, jam, marmalade etc. Drives me nuts. There's never any space for fresh meat and fish.
