What's your favourite Indian food item..
Has anyone recreated a meal that they have eaten in restaurants..?

Masala Dosa or a proper Dum Biryani.

I cook Indian food fairly frequently, but it's often more homestyle everyday rather than restaurant style.

Aaahh masala dhosa I struggle with to make at home due to the batter not being right..
Dum biriyani I make atleast three times a month..
Today I'm making kheema pav ..
