Ox tail, one per person, one thick sliced onion, sliced carrot, beef stock to cover, a desert spoon of pearl barley per person.

Chicken. Olive oil. Salt. Pepper. Red peppers. Onion. Whole cloves of garlic. Courgette. 4 large tomatoes. Capers. Olives.

You can also do pot roast easily. Brown a joint of pork, beef, lamb etc. Sit it on carrots, onion, celery in slow cooker. Serve up with some extra bits if you fancy.

Ham is good too. Cook in slow cooker in cola, or stock. Finish off in oven for 20 mins with glaze (honey is the easiest)

Really I like a good curry in the slow cooker but they have enormous lists of ingredients! Do you mean you don't like adding lots of separate things, or don't like chopping lots of stuff?

Any old recipe where the ingredients won't disintegrate really!

Chicken thighs
Garlic
Ginger
Honey
Teriyaki sauce
Splash of stock
When ready add a bit more stock and chilli and spring onions . Then Chuck in some noodles till cooked.

Works well with Hoisin sauce as well
