I have been spending a fortune on these for lunch but can no longer afford it. I was wondering If anyone can give me ideas and tips on how to make my own e specially the chickpeas

Look on pinterest for ideas as there are a million. For chickpeas, drain from the tin, rinse in colander, pour onto kitchen roll to dry a bit, then roast with olive oil, a mix of spices (smoked paprika, garlic granules, coriander, cumin, tumeric, whatever mix of those you have, plus salt & pepper), about 15-20 minutes, squeeze of lemon when they're done. If you like it really garlicky, you can add cloves of garlic, unpeeled, wrapped up in foil to the tray when roasting, they'll be nice and soft and you can squeeze into your chickpeas when they're done cooking.
