Cookie dough

Can anyone recommend a good cookie dough recipe? My youngest loves the Millie's Cookie cakes and I wanted to try and replicate something similar but more like cookie dough so soft in the middle.

Thanks for any tips!

Levain cookies - I make them to the recipe, but you can leave out or replace nuts. I make a batch and freeze some 'normal size' pieces and some smaller pieces for dropping into brownie batter to make 'brookies'.

Lots of recipes online - I have tried a couple, and go back to Cupcake Jemma's even though it's a bit faffier in that you have to freeze the dough before baking.

These are gooey inside and very easy, I make them all the time

These worked well for me but I had to cook them slightly longer than the recipe. Can use any type of chocolate chip.
