Air fryer pulled pork

Has anyone got a decent recipe for air fryer pulled pork? I've had a google but nothing is inspiring me. Otherwise I'm trying to work out whether to just wing it or dig out the slow cooker!

I normally use a cheap shoulder joint in the sc, with some liquid. It's basically stewed, with a lid on. But the af would roast, so can't see how that would work?

I've got the Phillips af app, & pulled pork is not included.

the concepts of air-frying and pulled pork don't seem complimentary to me. (but I don't own an air fryer so might be making incorrect assumptions)

Pulled pork is usually cooking a cheap joint low and slow (3+ hours) so it becomes so tender it falls apart and can be 'pulled' by a fork. Air-fryers cook stuff at medium/high heat to get to be super crispy in a short period of time.

Air fryers can have different modes @SummaLuvin In the end I used the roast function but on very low (120C) for about 4 hours. So essentially just like putting it in the oven but without heating the kitchen like the oven does. It fell apart and was lovely, but has much more of a crust than you get in the slow cooker.
