So, your Swifty should recognise the cake from one of Taylor Swift's music videos. Which one I can't remember, but in the video, she stabs a cake and 'blood' runs out of it.
So the cake has a layer of 'blood' (strawberry sauce) which is then covered with a chocolate lid so it cracks when you cut it, and the sauce runs out. Then you just cover it all with horrendous amounts of buttercream. I googled how to make it and followed the instructions which worked really well! tbh, I was amazed I managed to do it! Try it!
